Return of products

To make an exchange or return, the customer may choose one of the following options:

1. Return at the customer's home

After verifying all the data, we will send you an email with the return label that you must put on the package and we will pick it up. The return can be:r:

  • Free return costs: if you keep at least one item from the original purchase. This option It´s only valid for customers in Spain except the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melillaa) and for a single return per order (It can be multiple items, but we will only collect the package once for free. If you return the total of your order, the cost of your order will be deducted from the refund..
  • Return costs with cost:The amount of returns depends on the destination, and the cost will be the same as the shipping costs you paid for the purchase. If the shipping costs were free, the return costs will be determined by the costs set by the transport company. If you prefer, you can send the package on your own and choose the transport company that you want as long as the order reaches our warehouses within a maximum period of thirty 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of the item. If you live outside of Spain, it is most likely that it will be cheaper for you to do it on your own with an operator in your country than with our logistics operator. 

Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty due to causes attributable to the customer will not be reimbursed and will be made available to the sender at postage due or the item will be available to the customer to proceed with its removal in the maximum term of fifteen 15 calendar days. In any case, Biscuit will not assume any type of responsibility for the custody or deposit of the item during the time it was in its facilities.s.

Biscuit reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet any of the conditions mentioned above.

2. Free return in our stores in Barcelona, Ibiza, Madrid, Mallorca and Zaragoza

The client has fifteen(15 days from the date of purchase of the producto to request a return. If you want to return an item, we recommend that it be done quickly and easily by going to one of our stores. The garments must be in their original packaging, without having been used, along with their accessories and labels, and must be in perfect condition.

To make a return in store, the customer must present himself with the garment he wishes to return along with the invoice and the delivery note in order to make the return. Once in the store, the responsible person will make the return and deliver the sealed invoice to the customer confirming the return. We recommend that you keep that document. Once we have approved the return, we will make the payment in the same medium in which the purchase was paid within a maximum period of 30 days.
