Can't decide? No problem!
If you are not satisfied with the item, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it.
You can return the entire order (TOTAL), or part of it (PARTIAL).
You must always include the invoice we sent you with your order along with the item you want to return.

Free — no return charge
The easiest way to make a return is to bring it in to one of our shops.
If you do, no extra return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Step 1.
Hand in the items you wish to return together with the invoice that came inside your parcel.
Step 2.
You can also show it straight from your phone if you have lost the invoice.
We will confirm your refund by email within one to three working days.
Cost: free if you keep €120 or more of your order. €3.95 if you keep less.
Returning at a return point lets you manage your package quickly and easily. Just take your package to your nearest Correos point (Citypaq Points) and we'll take care of the rest.

We'll email you the label you need to attach to the package, along with the invoice that came inside your order. Help us give our packaging a second life and use it to pack the items you are returning.
Step 3.
Take your package to your nearest return point. If all goes well, you'll have your refund in a few days!
Remember: if you keep €120 or more of your order, the return is free. If you keep less, €3.95 will be deducted from the refund. And if your order had free shipping for going over €120 and the return takes you below that amount, the original €3.95 shipping charge will also be deducted.

Correos City Paq Return Pack — free if the amount you keep is €120 or more. If you keep less than €120, €3.95 will be deducted from the refund.
For example: you ordered €180, you return an item worth €40 and keep €140. The return is free.
In one of our shops — returning costs you nothing. The only thing deducted, if your order had free delivery for going over €120, is the €3.95 of the original delivery charge.
Correos Citypaq return — €3.95 will be deducted from your refund. If your order had free delivery for going over €120, the original €3.95 delivery charge will also be deducted, up to a total of €7.90.

Citypaq is Correos' quick and easy solution for collecting, sending, or returning your packages through its smart lockers. You can find them near your home, your workplace, or in transit locations such as supermarkets, petrol stations or shopping centres. You can return your online purchases from any of their locations whenever you want.

Biscuit is not responsible for the costs of returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla due to taxes and fees.

Conditions of the garments
If your item has a defect, please contact us at return@biscuitstore.es and we'll find a solution as soon as possible. Please attach a general photo and a close-up photo of the defect to the email address given above.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, items must meet the following conditions:
- Impeccable condition : Products must be unused, unwashed and retain all labels, both inside and out.
- Intact label : If the label has been tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return.
If all goes well and you meet the above requirements, you'll receive a refund confirmation email within 24 to 72 hours. It may take up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
