Return of products

In accordance with the provisions of the previous section, the user will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the order to return it, the start date being calculated for this purpose as the one stated on the delivery note.

In the event that the user returns the item received, either as a consequence of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or for any other reason reflected in these purchase conditions, they must do so with its original packaging, without having been used, together with its accessories and labels, if applicable, must be in perfect condition. Otherwise, they cannot be exchanged or returned. If the customer wants an exchange of size, color or alternative items, they will have to return the item and place a new order or request an exchange of the item for the one they want that fits their needs.

To make an exchange or return, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  1. Free* Return Pack managed by biscuit.
  2. Free in store.
  3. Return at the customer's expense to our warehouse.

  1. Return Pack Return managed by biscuit *

We offer the option of free return costs in cases of partial returns where the customer has made a purchase with a total amount greater than 69.95. I mean, yes after partial return of products, the remaining amount of the purchase remains equal to or greater than 69.95€, the customer will be able to benefit from free returns.

This option is available exclusively for shipments within Spain and the Portuguese Peninsula, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. It should be noted that it only applies to one return per order, regardless of the number of garments returned. Our free collection service will be carried out only once per returned package.

It is important Please note that if the remaining purchase amount after the partial return is less than 69.95, return costs will be borne by the customer.. Furthermore, in case the original shipment has enjoyed free shipping costs due to the total amount of the order, these will also be deducted from the refund along with the return costs.

 2. FREE RETURN* IN STORE 

The client has fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase of the product to request a return in store. If you want to return an item, we recommend that you do it quickly and easily by going to one of our stores. The garments must be in their original packaging, without having been worn, along with their accessories and labels, and must be in perfect condition.

To make a return in store, the customer must present the garment they wish to return along with the invoice or delivery note to be able to make the return. Once in the store, the responsible person will make the return and give the customer the sealed invoice confirming the return. We recommend that this document be kept. Once we have approved the return, we will make the payment in the same medium in which the purchase was paid within a maximum period of 7 days.

* You can save on your return costs by choosing to return products in-store. However, if the remaining purchase amount, after processing the return, is less than 69.95, and the original shipping was free due to the total amount of the order, in that case, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund..

3. Return at the customer's expense to our warehouse:  

The amount of returns depends on the destination, and the cost will be the same as the shipping costs you paid when purchasing. If the shipping costs were free, the return costs will be determined by the costs set by the transport company. If you prefer, you can send the package on your own and choose the shipping company you want as long as the order arrives at our warehouses within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase of the item. If you live outside of Spain, it is most likely that it will be cheaper for you to do it on your own with an operator from your country than with our logistics operator.

    Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty for reasons attributable to the client will not be refunded and will be made available to the sender with postage due or the item will be left at the client's disposal for collection in the maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days. In any case, Biscuit will not assume any type of responsibility for the custody or deposit of the item during the time it was in its facilities.

    Biscuit reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions.

    Product change by size or color.

    To make a size or color change in Spain:

    • Free of charge, you will have to do it in one of our physical stores, as long as it has that model and the desired size. We recommend that before going to a store, you send us an email to return@biscuitstore.es  and we will help you.

    • At home, if you want a size change at home, color or alternative items, you will have to Return the item and place a new order.
