Our Claudio Coello shop sits in the prestigious Salamanca neighbourhood, close to the famous “Golden Mile”, a street that gathers some of the most exclusive boutiques in the world. Salamanca is known as one of the most elegant and sophisticated areas of Madrid and has always been a byword for the city's high society.

Founded by the Marqués de Salamanca in the nineteenth century, it is also known for its stately buildings, its majestic neoclassical facades and the Paseo de Recoletos, home to one of the neighbourhood's great landmarks: the National Library, an architectural gem that reflects the history and prestige of the district.
