Change of Sizes and Color
You can make the exchange at one of Biscuit's physical stores.
You can also exchange sizes or colors through Correos City Paq shipments.
If you don't have a store nearby, you'll need to return the order and place a new one.
This benefit will be applied only once per order and/or model.
Service available only for orders and exchanges in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
You can change the color or size, as long as it is the same model and is available.

store has the color or size of the model you need.

To manage a size or color change, you must follow these two steps:
Step 1.
Make a return of the item to be exchanged.
Step 2.
Make a new purchase of the same model in the correct size or color.
Process it as a new order in the online store www.biscuitstore.es
Step 3.
Once you've made your return and new purchase, please email us at hello@biscuitstore.es to notify us of the change.
We will refund the return costs ( €3.95) for your first order and the shipping costs ( €3.95) for your new order.
Would you prefer to return the package yourself?
If you prefer to send your package to us using another shipping method, the return cost will be borne by the customer.

Citypaq is Correos' quick and easy solution for collecting, sending, or returning your packages through its smart lockers. You can find them near your home, your workplace, or in transit locations such as supermarkets, gas stations, or shopping centers. You can return your online purchases from any of their locations whenever you want.

The only requirement is that the new order includes the same model purchased previously, but in the correct size. You can also exchange colors, as long as it's the same model and in a new size.
