Size exchanges
If your size isn't right, we'll exchange it.
Email us at return@biscuitstore.es and we'll hold your size while we sort out the exchange.
Free exchanges cover size, within the same style and subject to availability. For a different colour or item, place a return and a new order.
Available for orders in Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal.
You can exchange your size in any of our stores, as long as it's the same style and it's available. It's free and we sort it out on the spot.

Step 1. Email us at return@biscuitstore.es with your order number and the size you need. We'll hold it for you.
Step 2. Request the return with the Correos City Paq Return Pack, or drop the item off at one of our stores.
Step 3. Once we receive your item, we'll send you the new size. You don't have to pay anything or place a new order.
Would you prefer to return the package yourself?
If you prefer to send your package to us using another shipping method, the cost of the return is borne by the customer.
