Interview -
Who is Paula Weske?
Hello! My name is Paula, I'm German, 31 years old, and I've been a women's coach for four years.
Where does your vocation come from?
In 2018, my mother passed away from a lung disease. It was the most painful experience I've ever felt. This twist of fate changed everything. I understood how precious life is and that it can
end at any moment. I knew I didn't want to let my life pass me by unknowingly.
From then on, I only wanted to make decisions that made me truly happy. I felt the need to create a full and happy life for myself; I owed it to my mother for giving me life. So I decided to move to Mallorca and pursue my calling as a professional coach.
Why Mallorca?
When I came to Mallorca for the first time after my mother's death, it was a very unexpected experience for me. The image I had of Mallorca as a German was very different from what this wonderful island really is. I felt energized, connected to my inner strength, my inspiration, and my potential, and I thought, "This is how I always want to feel!" After four years, I can say that Mallorca has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
“Living on the island has made it much easier for me to pursue my calling. Here I feel alive, connected to my own essence and energy.”
"My vision is for every woman to find her inner strength to lead a self-determined, emotionally free, and happy life." That is my greatest wish for our future.
What do you like most about your work as a Coach?
When I see my clients' progress and witness their confidence, self-esteem, and the energy they begin to radiate, those moments fill my heart. Women are stronger than we think. If we begin to heal our relationship with ourselves and our past experiences, we pave the way for ourselves to live up to our full potential.

How do you like to dress and what do you like most about biscuit?
I like the clothes I wear to reflect my personal energy. When I get dressed, I want to feel like myself. That's what I love about Biscuit. Their clothes connect women with their inner beauty, reinforcing our self-esteem and helping each of us feel unique, valuable, and find our best selves.
Do you think it's easy to be a woman in the world?
I think it depends a lot on where you grow up as a woman. I grew up in a very privileged part of the world, and I'm very grateful for that, but I'm also very aware that, unfortunately, some aren't as lucky as I was. It's still very difficult for some women to make choices that make them feel truly happy and fulfilled. That's why I'm dedicated to helping more and more women achieve emotional independence. Everyone in the world deserves to live a full and happy life!
"In my work, I accompany women through their internal processes to help them achieve emotional independence, strengthen their self-esteem, and help them discover who they really are."
