Can't decide? No problem!
If you are not satisfied with the item, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it.
You can return the entire order (TOTAL), or part of it (PARTIAL).
You must always include the invoice we sent you with your order along with the item you want to return.

The easiest way to make a return is to visit one of our stores.
If you choose to do so, no additional return shipping costs will be applied to your refund.
Step 1.
Deliver the items to be returned with the invoice that came inside your package.
Step 2.
You can also show it directly from your mobile device if you've lost the receipt.
Within 24 to 72 business hours, we will confirm the refund via email.

Returning to a return point allows you to manage your package quickly and easily.
Just take your package to the nearest Correos point ( Citypaq Points ) and we'll take care of the rest.

We will send you an email with the issuance of the label that you will need to affix to the package along with the invoice that arrived inside your package.

Step 3.
Take your package to your nearest return point.
If all goes well, you'll get your refund in a few days!

If you decide to return any item from your order, no return costs will be applied.
2. CityPack Post Office Return Pack:
Partial return of the order with the Return Pack has a cost of €3.95
A refund fee of €3.95 will be applied to the order refund.

Citypaq is Correos' quick and easy solution for collecting, sending, or returning your packages through its smart lockers. You can find them near your home, your workplace, or in transit locations such as supermarkets, gas stations, or shopping centers. You can return your online purchases from any of their locations whenever you want.

Conditions of the garments
If your item has a defect, please contact us at return@biscuitsore.es and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. It's important that you attach a general photo and a detailed photo of the defect to the email address provided above.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, items must meet the following conditions:
- Impeccable condition : Products must be unused, unwashed and retain all labels, both inside and out.
- Intact label : If the label has been tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return.
If all goes well and you meet the above requirements, you'll receive a refund confirmation email within 24 to 72 hours. It may take up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
