Consent to the Biscuit Club loyalty programme

The Biscuit Club is intended for all customers who meet the requirements set forth in the following general conditions.

Customer subscription to the loyalty programme requires full acceptance of these conditions.

This programme allows you to accumulate points based on purchases made at Biscuit Store, with an equivalence of 5% of the total purchase, accumulated in the form of points. These points can be used from your next purchase, in any Biscuit shop.

The Biscuit Club loyalty programme grants the customer a series of advantages and discounts in our shops. Customers who expressly request it in one of our shops will have the right to join our Biscuit Club loyalty programme.

Data Protection

The minimum age to join our programme is 18 years. Biscuit Store reserves the right to verify this through an identity document such as the DNI (the Spanish national identity document) or, failing that, a passport.

Biscuit Store will process customer data in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and the safeguarding of digital rights, which can be consulted at the following link.

Data transfer will be used by Biscuit Store and third parties for commercial and informational purposes. By transferring your data, you are accepting their use.

Your data will be protected and handled responsibly by Biscuit Store and Powershop.

The truthful communication of data in the registration form is an essential condition for the customer to benefit from the advantages of the Biscuit Club. It is the customer's responsibility to keep their data up to date.

Form

Biscuit Store requires the consumer to fill in their personal data to join our loyalty programme.

By participating in our loyalty programme called Biscuit Club, the customer accepts our privacy policy, cookie policy, and consent policy to the Biscuit Club programme.

Therefore, once registered in the loyalty programme by providing your personal data, the customer authorises Biscuit Store to include them in a database for which Biscuit Store and Powershop are responsible, and to use and process such personal data for the purpose of:

- Analysing your purchase history — how often you buy, where you buy, and what you tend to choose.

- Analysing your needs, so that we can send you offers and personalised newsletters that may be of interest to you.

If the consumer wishes to unsubscribe and not be subject to automated actions, they can contact us at the following email hello@biscuitstore.es stating "Unsubscribe Biscuit Club" in the subject line.

Duration and conditions of the loyalty programme

Our programme started on 20 December 2023, it runs for an indefinite period, and Biscuit Store reserves the right to modify the conditions regarding durability.

Likewise, it reserves the right to modify the amount and the equivalences without the customer's authorisation.

Use of the points programme.

Points can only be used in our shops. For each purchase, you will receive 5% of the same in the form of points that will be accumulated in our database and can be used from your next purchase in any Biscuit shop. Points are cumulative and valid for 6 months.
